By downloading or using Dhvani FM ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Dhvani FM is

Dhvani FM is a free music streaming app that plays AI-generated music across a curated set of channels. The app is available on iOS and Android. No account or subscription is required to use it.

2. Permitted use

You may use Dhvani FM for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or re-broadcast any audio content from the app
• Attempt to extract, download, or scrape audio files from our servers (other than through the in-app offline download feature)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the app's source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Represent our music as your own original creation

3. The music

All music available on Dhvani FM is AI-generated. The music is owned by or licensed to Dhvani FM and is made available to you for personal listening only. Ownership of the music does not transfer to you by using the app.

Offline-downloaded audio files are cached on your device for personal use only. Transferring, sharing, or distributing these files is not permitted.

4. The app is free — and may stay that way

Dhvani FM is currently free to use with no ads and no subscription. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or a supporter tier in the future. Core listening will remain free.

5. Service availability

We do our best to keep Dhvani FM available and working, but we make no guarantee of uptime or availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. Offline-saved content will remain accessible on your device if the app is unavailable.

6. Content updates

We may add, remove, or replace tracks and channels in the app at any time. The library will evolve. If a track you've downloaded is removed from the service, it will remain on your device until you manually offload it.

7. Intellectual property

The Dhvani FM name, logo, and visual identity are the property of Dhvani FM. You may not use them without written permission. All audio content on the platform is owned by or licensed to Dhvani FM.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Dhvani FM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhvani FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of enjoyment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
